Students Australia

Admission Procedure

The admission procedure at Australian universities is a two-stage process. Initially, students must submit an application form, along with past academic records and a copy of their passport. For a complete list of required documents, please contact our offices. The timeframe for receiving an admission offer letter in Australia can vary from 3 days to a month, depending on the course and institution. It is advisable to apply 3-4 months before the program begins.

After receiving an offer letter, students must meet any conditions specified in the letter and provide documentation proving sufficient funds. A telephonic interview may be conducted at any stage of the admission process. The first term’s fee is also due at this stage. Upon confirmation of fee payment and satisfactory documentation, students will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECOE), which is necessary to apply for a student visa.
